All services, including in person and virtual services, are non-refundable. Each session represents a professional investment of time, expertise, and preparation reserved specifically for you.

Color analysis results are achieved through a structured, methodical process and are accurate and repeatable when preparation guidelines are followed.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times within 60 days of the original booking date. Sessions not completed within this timeframe are forfeited.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

For photo-based services, images must be submitted within 14 days of booking and meet all submission guidelines to ensure accurate results.

Completed analyses are delivered by email 10–14 business days after an approved photo submission.

One resubmission is available if photos are not submitted within the 14-day window and includes a $125 resubmission fee. Sessions not completed within this timeframe are forfeited.
